Extreme Components is proud to present the new twill carbon fiber front mudguard for BMW S1000RR / M1000RR (2019/2022). Thanks to the gained experience with the best Teams of the World Championship (such as Estrella Galicia Monlau Competicion, Leopard Racing, Pons Racing and many more) the part is worked in autoclave using pre-preg carbon, in twill weave.
This component is worked in autoclave at 90 degrees at 6 bar of pressure to guarantee the maximum lightness and resistance. The front mudguard we developed two particular wings to direct more air to the calipers and augment the cooling. Plug & play.
The finish can be glossy or matte (on request) with surcharge.
