Extreme Components is pleased to present the new Epotex fairings for the 2025 BMW S1000RR.
The fairings are entirely made through cold lamination of twill-weave fiberglass combined with a special epoxy resin developed to our exact specifications. The finish is achieved using a unique black gelcoat, also formulated exclusively for us. Thanks to the combination of advanced technologies, premium raw materials, and nearly twenty years of experience, these fairings are the lightest and most flexible on the market when compared to standard fiberglass and avio-fiber fairings. The complete fairing kit, including wings and tail section, weighs only 3.90 kg (+/- 5%), and 4.80 kg (+/- 5%), when including the tank cover. All mounting points are clearly marked and reinforced with carbon-Kevlar. The finish is excellent in matte black, bearing in mind that these fairings are unpainted and meant to be painted.
The set is made up by: • Front upper race fairing; • Race side panels (left+right) with integrated winglets; • Lower race fairing; • Tail unit with separate seat (to get access to the components under it); • Tank cover.

To complete the Epotex fairings set we produce: Epotex front fender with integrated calipers coolers and Epotex airbox inlet tube. In addition neoprene seat pad, HP (high protection) windscreen DOT certified and many parts in Twill Carbon Fiber and machined from solid aluminium alloy.
Technical aspects of EPOTEX Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts: • 30% lighter than standard fiberglass fairings and parts; • Laminated with Epoxy resin (developed to our specs); • The external side is made up by black gelcoat; • Additional unidirectional carbon reinforcements on all the mounting points for greater durability and ease installation; • The most flexible and elastic fairings available in the market of fairings not in autoclave produced; • Parts are not painted; • Not pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners; • Mounting points are indicated on the single parts.
