NEW PRODUCT: New engine case covers for new 2022 Moto3 CIV



Extreme Components is proud to present the new engine case covers for the new category 2022 Moto3 CIV supplied of Yamaha 450 mono cylinder engine.

The kit is made up by 2 parts:
• Clutch cover
• Alternator cover

This new engine case covers kit is part of the new line of components completely produced in our factory using the best technologies and raw materials currently available on the market, our +10 years of experience in the World Championships and our partnership with the best Teams worldwide such as RedBull KTM AJO, Pons Racing and many more.

The case covers are from solid machined with CNC process, 3D technology with 0,8mm lines.

Thanks to the use of special aluminium alloys the covers guarantee a perfect protection of the engine and as well as a great heat dissipation, very important aspect to guarantee high performances from the engine.

All the mounting bolts are inserted inside a small counterbore to guarantee the hit dissipation in case of crash and the easy disassembly and replacements of the damaged part.
This characteristic help also to dissipate the vibrations that are common on 4 stroke mono cylinder engines.

The finish is realized through hard anodization with shiny treatment that exalt the smooth and clear CNC details.

This engine protection kit is supplied with dedicated packaging, bolts and exploded view of all the parts.
