Extreme Components is proud to present the first new carbon parts for the top bike of Noale factory: The Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory 2021/2022.

Thanks to the use of the best technologies and the best raw materials our parts guarantee the best specs in terms of lightness and resistance. This is possible also to possible thanks to our experience in the production of composite fiber parts for the best Team in he World Championship.

The parts are produced in autoclave with vacuum technology, using twill weave pre-preg carbon fiber. The pressure can vary from 5 to 8 BAR and the temperature can vary from 60° ai 100°, according to the part that must be produced.

The lamination is done by hand to carefully choose the fiber disposition of the fibers and to reach the best results on functional aesthetic terms. In the inner side a layer of carbon-kevlar is added in all those point where there is more chance the bike would touch the ground in case of crash making the parts even more stronger to the protect the bike even more.

The finish is glossy but it can be also matte (on request only and with a surcharge).

Frame and swingarm covers, front and rear mudguard fit on Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory and as well as on Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 factory (both models 2021/2022).
