NEW PRODUCT: New brake and hydraulic clutch levers

Extreme Components is proud to present the new front brake levers, index rear brake lever / hydraulic clutch levers.
This final version is the result of two years of develops and test in the Moto3 and Moto2 World Championship thanks to the collaboration with the Team Pons Racing and Team RedBull KTM Ajo which won in 2021 the championship in both the categories with Remy Gardners and Pedro Acosta using these levers.

The levers are totally machined from solid billet aluminum using CNC machines and 3D technology.
The lever is made up by two parts: the main part which have to be installed in the in the master cylinder and the half lever / lever stump. These two parts are produced with two different type of aluminium alloy and and linked together thanks to a special steel screw (produced on our specs) that offer the chance to make also a safety bindings.

The shape and the length has been changed many times during the develop until we reached the best braking performances in terms of power (confirmed also by the telemetry) and also in terms of comfort thanks to a particular angle where the fingers press the levers.

The lever are foldable to avoid breaks in case of crash. The half lever present a big aerodynamic hole in the final section and that has permit to reduce the weight of 10gr.
The front brake levers are available with offset 16/18/20 and with of 16/18 index rear brake lever / hydraulic clutch levers.

They are finish with shiny hard anodization system and laser engrave.

The levers fit with Brembo Racing master cylinders (not OEM) and Accossato master cylinders.
